Pet Policy

Each unit allows up to two pets with a combined weight not exceeding 80 pounds.  Aggressive breeds are not permitted.  There is a one-time $200 refundable deposit and a $200 non-refundable deposit, along with a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet.  For any questions regarding our pet policy, please contact us.
